These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully.You may have other rights granted by law and our Terms and Conditions do not affect these.
 

Our Products

Due to the fact that all our products are original and handmade, there may be slight variations in size, colour or design. With regard to belts, the lining colour may differ and measurements will be to the nearest 1/2 inch. All items are designed to be used for the purpose specified in the product descriptions. Some of our products are pictured with tools e.g. a spanner, please note that these tools are not included.
 

Making a Purchase

Visa,Visa Delta/Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, UK Maestro, Solo, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and International Maestro are accepted as methods of payment and all transactions are in pounds sterling. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods. We will supply the goods when we have confirmed acceptance of your order and received payment in full.
 

Delivery

Delivery will be via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the weight of the package. We aim to deliver goods to you within 7 days of receiving your order. The price of delivery will be quoted before processing your payment. If you find a damaged or defective item please inform us by email as soon as possible.
 

Refunds

You may return any faulty item purchased from Scaffolding Frogs, either to our shop in person or by post at your own expense, enclosing your delivery note. We cannot be accountable for items lost in transit whilst being returned to us. Please return goods within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be applied to the credit card that was used for the original purchase and may take up to 28 days to process.

PRIVACY POLICY

Scaffolding Frogs respects the need to protect your privacy. In order to process your orders and to provide you, if required, with details of those orders at a later stage we do need to collect a certain amount of personal data. Our policy is to collect and retain only the information we require to enable us to carry out our obligations to you and, for the avoidance of doubt, we have detailed below the information we retain. When you place an order with Scaffolding Frogs we collect the following information: 
 

Personal Details

Your email address, daytime telephone number, home address and postcode and delivery address and postcode. This information enables us to process your orders and to advise you of the status of your orders.
 

Password

The first time you order goods from us you are asked to register by entering a password. This password enables us to identify you when you revisit our website. The benefits to you are that, by entering your password, you do not need to re-enter your address details when you re-order and that, by clicking on the support buttons, you can check the status of any orders you have already placed.
 

Credit card details

Information regarding your card type, number, expiry date etc. is sent to us in an encrypted form and is stored on a secure server. This information enables us to process your order.This sensitive information is held only as long as necessary for us to meet our obligations to you and the credit card companies.  As required by the uk data protection acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict procedures in the storage and disclosure of all information which you have given us in order to prevent unauthorised access.
 

Mailing lists

At the time you register you are also asked as to whether or not you want to be on the Scaffolding Frogs mailing list. The default setting is that you will not be put on the mailing list, but if you wish to receive news and offers from time to time then you should tick the mailing list tick-box. If, at a later stage, you wish to be removed from the mailing list you simply need to edit your account details and remove yourself from the list. The mailing list information will not, under any circumstances, be passed on to any other third party.

Scaffolding Frogs use temporary cookies to track our customers use of the website. We use this information solely for the purpose of ensuring that the content of the website meets our customers' requirements.
