These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully.You may have other rights granted by law and our Terms and Conditions do not affect these.

Our products
Due to the fact that all our products are original and handmade, there may be slight variations in size, colour or design. With regard to belts, the lining colour may differ and measurements will be to the nearest 1/2 inch. All items are designed to be used for the purpose specified in the product descriptions. Some of our products are pictured with tools e.g. a spanner, please note that these tools are not included.

Making a purchase
Visa,Visa Delta/Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, UK Maestro, Solo, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and International Maestro are accepted as methods of payment and all transactions are in pounds sterling. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods. We will supply the goods when we have confirmed acceptance of your order and received payment in full.

Delivery
Delivery will be via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the weight of the package. We aim to deliver goods to you within 7 days of receiving your order. The price of delivery will be quoted before processing your payment. If you find a damaged or defective item please inform us by email as soon as possible.

Refunds
You may return any faulty item purchased from Scaffolding Frogs, either to our shop in person or by post at your own expense, enclosing your delivery note. We cannot be accountable for items lost in transit whilst being returned to us. Please return goods within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be applied to the credit card that was used for the original purchase and may take up to 28 days to process.
